Essentials for COLD COUNTRIES

Now that the temperatures have started to drop here in England, I thought I'd put together a list of things that will be useful if you are feeling the chills or heading off to someplace cold for a holiday!

• Scarf
• Handwarmers - you can get these from anywhere, such as these from Amazon
• Gloves
• Hat
• Coat
• Double socks
• Thermal layers ( Uniqlo's Heattech line is an absolute must for me- thin but retains SO MUCH heat!)
• Vaseline – chapped lips / dry skin
• Sunglasses – you may think that this is just for summer but the sun is really bright and glaring in the colder months
